Every tour is unique – the cost depends not only on what you want to see, but when you want to see it and how many friends you’re bringing along. That’s why Tara strongly encourages each group to have a designated group leader or contact. Based on the size of the group, the time of year and the activities requested, Tara will work up a price for that specific tour.

Tara’s Travels has a three step approach to tour payments.

• A refundable deposit of $200 per person will be requested on the day the group expresses interest. This deposit is completely refundable, but will give Tara some idea of how many people in the group have sincere interest. She will need this information in order to properly price rooms, restaurants, tour venues, etc.

• A 50% deposit per person will be required 60 days prior to the tour.

• Final payment will be due 30 days prior to the tour.
